• Born & live in Shahr-e-Rey
• Married – Two children
• Work in Tarbiat Moddares university

Chief Complaint:

• She is referred due to Persistent Hyperparathyroidism despite of two times Surgery 

Present Illness:

• About 4 yrs. ago (Late 1397) because of

• Nervous & Anxiety Mode, Fatigue, Loss of energy, Depressed mode
• Hair loss, fragile Hair, Dry Skin

• Laboratory evaluation was done.
